People often come to energy medicine when disappointed with the allopathic route. Sometimes, energy medicine shines the light on an area in our lives that can be solved with a practical rather than an energetic solution. Which, of course, is ultimately an energy shift anyway.

Listen to this call as an example. It is about weight loss but could have been about anything. The message is what I want to bring out here, that it is not always something beautifully esoteric that heals us but it can indeed be a mind-bogglingly simple practical solution that we haven’t thought of before. Indeed, the saying to keep it simple is so energetically aligned with our well-being. By going around in circles, we leave ourselves depleted. By keeping it simple, our energy is balanced. Enjoy:
